School Concert

The Ovens NS Concert 2001 was held on May 8th in the Éire Óg G.A.A. hall. A capacity audience enjoyed a highly entertaining evening. Individual and combined classes performed a variety of musical items and plays.

The programme of events was as follows:

Children's Comments:

"My favourite costume was the Fairy Godmother's costume, worn by Dermot"     -    Daniel.

"Since Irish people are forever talking about the weather, we decided to journey through the seasons. We met Mr Frost, Mr. Snow Mrs. Rain and finally Mrs. Sun. We hope the sun will finally shine this summer!"   -  Second Class
