Third Class Poetry
Christmas
Christmas is a lovely time
Not a poem not a mime,
Just lets go outside to play
In the icy snow all day,
Lets give the snowman a small carrot nose
Oh sorry Iím not able to make little toes,
Look right there uncle John came
He said that we should play a game,
Lets have a snowball fight
Throw snowballs with all our might,
Uncle John you throw so hard
He gave us a Christmas Card,
Uncle John helped us make a snowman
Then dad put on the fan,
Then mum said we had to come in
And mum asked whatís wrong with our skin,
Then uncle John went home to bed
And he got a pain in his head.
