European schools and universities come together and devise educational projects. The Comenius Project is specifically for Primary and Secondary school education. Through the Comenius Project the school children learn to appreciate their own culture, language& stories in the greater context of being European.

Ovens National School is delighted to be involved with other schools from Slovenia, Germany, Portugal, Poland, Italy and Sweden. we are the only Irish school in the project "Children's Literature through Fingers"
