Each teacher was presented with a cloth
bag sponsored by Clonakilty Black Pudding.
This contained a copy of Artemis Fowl presented
by Puffin Books, a t-shirt specially commissioned
for the week. A folder containing headed notepaper, pens presented by Léargas, a book on the Abbey funded by the West Cork Leader group, the
Calendar produced by the Parents Association
and various information leaflets.

Teachers visit the classrooms in Ovens
and look at the project work that the
Irish school children have completed.
All  have tea and scones in the staffroom
in Ovens at 11 O’clock. Alacoque, our
school secretary  takes care of the visitors.
