Confirmation preparation mass 2007

On the 23^rd of October 2006 , we, 6^th class had our Preparation Mass for our Confirmation. We practised nearly every day and knew the hymns well when it came to the night.

There were two readings, some Prayers of the Faithful, lots of hymns and at the end of the Mass, some people played the Tin Whistle and sang “The Abbey of Kilcrea”. Everybody had something to do, so no one was left out!

All of our families came and enjoyed the night (I hope!)

We would like to thank our teacher, Mrs O’ Callaghan for practising with us, Father Paddy Keating for the use of the Church, and we would also like to thank our parents and our families for coming.
