| Ovens National School runs a very sucessful "Savings Scheme" in conjunction with Ballincollig Credit Union. There are up to one hundred and fifty children joined through the school and they get an opportunity to save each Thursday in school. | ||

Sunday the 22nd of October there was a Credit Union Quiz in
Rochestown Park Hotel. We had a series of quizzes to decide who would be
on the team. Aonghus, Donnchadha , Daniel and Aisling were chosen. There were thirty-six questions. Most of them were
easy but there were a few difficult ones. The team did extremely well
getting only two wrong but unfortunately it was not enough. A
tie-breaker was held between |
