"Jessica Kehoe ably led her school to a comprehensive victory in this GF3 decider. However, the lopsided nature of the final scoreline does scant justice to the efforts of a gallant Youghal sid who battled gamely in the face of overwhelming odds.

The Ovens side led by 2 - 0 to a solitary Gaelscoil point from Aoife Ní Thuama at the interval, but really came into their own after half-time. Further goals from Kehoe, Deirdre Deasy, Deridre McAuliffe and Aoife Scally wrapped matters up for Ovens and the issue was beyond doubt well before the final whistle"
