Mini-Sevens continued ...
This was a tougher match but the girls were well up for
it.
At the end of full time it was a draw!
We played five extra minutes in which we scored a goal and a point
and thought we were away with it but they got a goal in the last minute. The final whistle blew and we had won by a point!
It was very exciting.
We had a great day.
The girls were singing and dancing in the dressing rooms
between matches. The boys gallantly supported the girls in the final and
acted as umpires for the game.
The behaviour of both teams was exemplary and a credit
to the school.
The girls went on to represent our region in the next
round.
