| Music is a big part of life in Ovens NS. Music is taught in the classroom as part of the curriculum and also by our visiting music teachers, Mr Johnny McCarthy and Cormac McCarthy. | ||||

| Johnny and Cormac visit our school once a week. They teache tin whistle to children from 1st to 4th class. In 5th & 6th Class the children can choose between the fiddle, guitar and tin whistle. | ||||
