Music is a big part of life in Ovens NS. Music is taught in the classroom as part of the curriculum and also by our visiting music teacher, Mr Johnny McCarthy. Johnny visits our school once a week. He teaches tin whistle to children from 1st to 4th class. In 5th & 6th Class the children can choose between the guitar and the tin whistle. |

| Speech & Drama classes are held every Wednesday and Friday during school hours. Mrs Geraldine Foley comes to teach us every week. Speech & Drama is taught to all classes and each class gets a half an hour. We do lots of improvisation, mime and role play. | ||||
