Sixth Class News!

Minding Juniors

Our 6^th class this year, on certain mornings, help the teachers with Junior and Senior Infants. All of the class I am minding are not scared of us anymore and they like talking to us now. It is all voluntary and we enjoy it. I mind Mrs Murphy’s class and a lot of them know me. We help them with puzzles, building blocks, the computer and jigsaws. Some of the days we help them on the computer painting a picture. If any of them needed help getting a football, they could call us and we would help them. Some of the juniors I know are from Mrs Murphy’s class. One day I helped them build a wall taller than me!All of our class enjoyed this experience so far and it is better than staying inside doing nothing. We truly enjoyed this and we thank our teacher for organising this for us.
